[UPDATE] Uh, Gary Ross Isn't Actually Leaving THE HUNGER GAMES Franchise After All?

Yesterday, it was reported that director Gary Ross has opted out for the sequel to the enormous box-office hit, THE HUNGER GAMES and the studio (Lionsgate) is now looking for a replacement. Well, guess what, it turns out to be completely untrue at all.

Now a latest news has surfaced that Gary Ross has not formally handed over his quitting papers to the studio. In fact he's actually on a family vacation and unable to be reached for comment.

Hmm... looks like Gary Ross might returns for CATCHING FIRE after all?
